- 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Green & brown belt
TUESDAY
- 5.30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. General class
- 6.30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Beginners
WEDNESDAY
- 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Fitness (graded members)
THURSDAY
- 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. General class (focus on kata)
- 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Sparring (green belt and above)
FRIDAY
- 5:10 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Fitness (graded members)
SUNDAY
- 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Black belt (focus on kata)
- 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Junior colour belt (focus on kata)
- 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Junior colour & white belt
- 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Junior white belt & beginner
